If you manage people, AKA you are a "boss," you succeed, when your people succeed. Have you asked your people how you can help them be successful, or what they need to be successful? If not, ask them. You may be surprised by the response.
Also, check in with your people from time to time to make sure that your people's goals are aligned with your goals and your organization's goals. Ask your people, in their opinion, what success in their respective positions looks like. Or, in particular, if your people were to look back at the end of the quarter or year, what would a successful quarter or year (as applicable) look like?
