When starting a new project, first create a plan of attack. What are your goals? What are you trying to accomplish, and how will you accomplish it? If you are unsure of what you are doing, ask someone for help. Uncertainty or “flying by the seat of your pants” creates inefficiencies, as you may be headed down the wrong path and, as a result, need to start over.
So, take a few minutes, hours, or days (depending on the type of project you are tasked with), and come up with your plan. Once you have your plan, work your plan!
